Hi there! I’m Charlotte, a Horticulturalist and Garden Designer based in York.

I’ve been gardening most of my life – whether that was with my Dad on the vegetable patch or my Mum in the flower borders. Originally I started a garden maintenance business part-time, while still working as a Social Worker, but in 2018 I took the leap into the horticultural world full time and I haven’t looked back.

I now have a small team of gardeners who are all as passionate about plants as I am! We look after a range of gardens in and around York, helping clients develop their gardens into spaces they love.

My horticultural knowledge, love of nature and innate creativity has meant a move into Garden Design has been a seamless progression. From getting to know clients and how they live, to technical aspects of design, to choosing the right plants, I relish the opportunity to create an outdoor environment that enhances a client’s home and, more importantly, their life.
